FOR THE FOUNDER AND OWNER OF “intelnet”

biografija

Founder and owner of “intelnet” is Dragomir Stoimenov. He was born on 24 February 1963 in Kumanovo, Republic of Macedonia.
He graduated on the Faculty for civil engineering at the University of St. Cyril and Methodius in Skopje, Republic of Macedonia in 1990. His diploma work was from the field of mechanics of continuum or more precisely development of elements for numerical solving of the problems in the theory of elasticity, statics and dynamics of the constructive systems.
He first met with information technology in 1979 at the age of 16 in the biggest factory for metal constructions in former Yugoslavia of that time, and since then he has been interested in increasing the achievements in this field.
During his studies, apart from the needs of the faculty he was doing research on his own in the theory of chaos.
Introducing with the method of finite elements in 1985 in relation with the theory of chaos he starts researching for eventual “fractal” nature of the very theoretical bases of the mentioned method. All the research and tests are done in the computer centre of the faculty for civil engineering in Skopje, thanks to the faculty and the personnel. At the same time he studies the theory of relativity and the quant mechanics, but with smaller intensity and in his free time.
After the completion of the university studies he enters the factory of metal constructions ISKRA Engineering in Kumanovo where he stays until its closing in 2002.
Further on, there is a period of intensive individual research and studying in the field of artificial intelligence and the quantum consciousness.
He sets the foundations of the idea for “quantumized” thinking – or "quantum logic" in 1993. Since then until today “quantum logic” or the quantum way of processing of information is his major preoccupation. For that aim in 1998 he does individual research in the field of dynamic neural networks with quantumized transfer of information among the neurons in the network.
During 1987 he gets acquainted with the idea of Stuart Hameroff about the microtubules in the cells of the living beings as possible bearers of consciousness. In 1998 he meets the idea of “orchestrated objective reduction (ORchOR)” of Roger Penrose and Stuart Hameroff and the concept of quantum bits (Qu-bits). Then comes a period of studying of the quantum mechanics and the well known problem of interpretation of the “collapse of the wave function”. Dissatisfied with the standard interpretation of the quantum mechanics as well as the non-unification of the four natural forces he sets an idea of “partial existence” of a subject in the continuum. This aims towards total explanation of the problem of collapse of the wave function and the famous experiment of the so-called “Schrödinger's cat”, as well as explanation of the process of reduction in the quantum mechanics.
In the last four years he is actively engaged with tensor calculating, twistor geometry and tries to set up new mathematical objects “existors” with which could be defined the “partial” existence of a subject in a multidimensional continuum, as well as an eventual possibility of “decomposeing” of the quantum bits of Sir Roger Penrose.
During 2004 he writes his work (officially unpublished) on the theme of “consciousness, artificial intelligence and quantum gravity” and forwards the same to a number of institutions such as: Austrian Institute of Artificial Intelligence, The Institute of Nuclear Sciences-Vincha in Belgrade, NIAC (Nasa Institute for Advanced Concepts),NSF(National Science Foundation),Boeing,Suhoi and many other educational institutions.
